Darrell St. Romain began his automotive career
over 15 years ago as a salesperson in his
hometown of New Orleans, LA. He later moved to
Charlotte, North Carolina and was quickly
promoted to management positions from Special
Finance Manager, New Car Manager, to General
Sales Manager. Four years ago he became Sales
Trainer for a dealership that he helped lead to
become the Number 1 Suzuki

the country.
As a leading Sales Trainer, Darrell has the
energy, experience and ability to identify with
each and every trainee he comes in contact with.

He believes in continuous improvement and

dealership he walks into. He enjoys being in the
dealership, but he travels and trains all around
the country because teaching and sharing his
knowledge with other people is what empowers and
motivates him.
His life long quest is to help as many people as
he can get better and to make an impact that
motivates the sales staff not only to sell more
cars but also to enjoy what they’re doing. His
